2.1 CNC PUNCH LASER COMBI MACHINE

The compound machine has a repositioning device, which includes two cylinders and related valve groups. 2.2 Laser cutting machine

2.2.3 Air and water systems
The gas circuit system of a fibre laser cutting machine consists of two parts, one of which is the cutting gas supplied to the cutting head with clean and dry compressed air, oxygen and nitrogen. The other part is an auxiliary gas, which is clean and dry compressed air.
High-pressure nitrogen gas enters the cutting head directly through high-pressure piping controlled by a high-pressure solenoid valve and is equipped with a manually adjustable high-pressure reducing valve. Adjusting nitrogen pressure when cutting different plate thicknesses saves nitrogen consumption.
The cutting section requirements are not high, which can use high-pressure air for cutting, and a high-pressure nitrogen shared pipeline, convenient and quick, can save the cost of cutting auxiliary gas consumption.
The water circuit system consists of two parts: one part of the cooling water comes out of the chiller and enters the laser, passing through the laser's internal scattering. After the laser is cooled by the heater, it returns to the chiller, and this part belongs to the low-temperature part; a part of the cooling water that comes out from the chiller enters the QBH through the laser and returns to the chiller.
2.3 Automatic aggregate device (optional)
When the width of the workpiece is less than 350mm, the workpiece can be dropped to the bottom of the finished product by the automatic drop small material device. Send the tape and collect it centrally.
