1. Roulette wheel (knife and disc difference)
1.1 The wheel disc adopts a thick turret structure, thickness of 65mm, selected high-strength 40Cr high-carbon steel material, and tempering treatment so that its strength is higher, better rigidity, impact resistance, and long life. (Some manufacturer's wheel discs for the smothering treatment, are not tempered; some manufacturers' wheel disc thickness is thin 55mm, with poor stability.)
1.2 When installing the upper and lower wheel discs, a torque tester is used, together with a special customised gearbox transmission mechanism, to strictly control the rotating torque of the upper and lower wheel discs, to ensure the smooth running performance of the wheel discs, and to ensure the stability of the core part of the machine tool set. 7. fuselage construction
7.1 The fuselage adopts a Q345 carbon steel plate welded closed O-type structure, and the whole body is tempered in a large fireplace after welding, which effectively eliminates the internal stress, prevents deformation of the fuselage, and improves the fuselage precision and rigidity. Fuselage processing with a large CNC boring and milling machining centre for a clamping process to ensure the accuracy of the fuselage processing. (Some manufacturers use ordinary CNC boring and milling machining centres that require secondary clamping, with relatively poor precision.)
7.2 The body foot support is designed as 5 places, and 1 place foot support is added at the material drop, which effectively ensures the strength of the body, and the body is not easy to be deformed during the stamping process, and is more resistant to impacts.
